    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line four, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the amendment set forth below:

    On page four, paragraph 4.1.d.4, after the words “prenatal care” by striking out the word “shall” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “may”;

    And,

    On page seven, by striking out all of subsection 5.3.
